Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the VoxCraft mobile application ("App") operated by VoxCraft ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using VoxCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VoxCraft, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoxCraft is an AI-powered voice and music studio that allows users to:

Generate voiceovers from text using AI voices
Generate original music from text descriptions
Create sound effects from text prompts
Clone your voice using AI technology
Transcribe audio recordings to text
Generate scripts using AI
Mix multiple audio tracks together

All content generated by VoxCraft is created using artificial intelligence technology provided by third-party services (ElevenLabs, OpenAI).

3. Account & Authentication

VoxCraft uses anonymous authentication. No personal information (name, email, phone) is required to use the App. Your account is identified by an anonymous unique identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, as your account and generation history are associated with your anonymous session.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Weekly Plan: $4.99/week — 30 credits per week, full access to all features
Annual Plan: $39.99/year — 40 credits per week, full access to all features

4.2 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

4.4 Credit Packs

In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase one-time credit packs. Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases. Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. After subscription lapses, remaining credits are still usable but no new credits are granted.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Credits System

New users receive 6 free credits upon first launch
Weekly subscribers receive 30 credits per week
Annual subscribers receive 40 credits per week
Credits are consumed when generating content (voiceovers, music, sound effects, scripts, transcriptions, voice clones)
If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded
Credit costs vary by feature and content length

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VoxCraft to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity without their explicit consent
Clone another person's voice without their explicit permission
Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Create deepfake content intended to deceive or defraud
Circumvent rate limits, abuse the credit system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the service
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated content as an AI service

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 Ownership

Content you generate using VoxCraft belongs to you, subject to these Terms and the licenses of underlying AI models. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

7.2 Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content. VoxCraft does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors, biases, or intellectual property concerns.

7.3 Voice Cloning

You represent and warrant that you have the right to clone any voice you submit. You must only clone your own voice or voices for which you have obtained explicit, informed consent from the voice owner.

8. Intellectual Property

The VoxCraft app, its design, code, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by VoxCraft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of VoxCraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VoxCraft at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxCraft is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI services are provided by third parties and may experience outages or limitations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of VoxCraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
