VoxCraft ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the VoxCraft mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Collected Automatically
Anonymous User ID: When you first open VoxCraft, we create an anonymous identifier (UUID) to manage your account. This ID is not linked to your real name, email, phone number, or any personal information.
Device Identifier: A random device identifier stored in your device's Keychain, used solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics about app usage (features used, generation counts) through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service that does not track individual users.
Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data may be collected through Sentry to improve app stability.
1.2 Information You Provide
Text Input: Text you type for voiceover generation is sent to our servers for processing and is not stored permanently after generation is complete.
Voice Recordings: If you use the Voice Clone feature, your voice recording is sent to our servers and processed by ElevenLabs AI. We require your explicit consent before recording begins (see Section 4).
Audio Files: Audio files you upload for transcription are processed and not stored permanently.

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our features:
Apple StoreKit (Payments) — All payments are processed securely through Apple. We never see or store your payment information.
4. Voice Cloning & AI Data Processing
Before using the Voice Clone feature, you will be presented with a consent dialog that explains:
Your voice recording will be processed using AI technology to create a digital voice clone
Your recording is sent to our servers and processed by ElevenLabs
The voice model is stored in your account
You can delete your voice clone at any time
We do not share your voice data with third parties beyond what is necessary for processing
You must explicitly agree before any recording begins. This complies with Apple's App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i) regarding AI/ML data usage.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
All voiceovers, music, sound effects, and scripts generated by VoxCraft are created using artificial intelligence. Content is generated based on your text input and selected parameters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
6. Data Security
All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
API keys are stored securely on the server side — never in the App binary
Anonymous authentication eliminates the risk of credential theft
Server-side rate limiting prevents abuse
Credit transactions use atomic database operations to prevent manipulation
7. Children's Privacy
VoxCraft is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Delete your data: Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to delete all locally stored data and reset your anonymous account.
Delete your voice clone: Contact us to have your voice model permanently deleted from our servers.
Request data export: Contact us to request a copy of any data associated with your anonymous ID.
Opt out of analytics: Analytics collected through TelemetryDeck are already anonymous and cannot be linked to you individually.
9. Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Union (Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and in the United States (ElevenLabs, OpenAI). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
